These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Gulf Calibration & Safety Services (“GCS Oman”, “we”) governing your use of www.gcs-om.com and any of its sub-pages, calculators or downloadable reports (collectively, the “Service”).

- Not reverse-engineer, scrape, mass-download or attempt to disrupt the site;
- Not introduce malware or attempt to bypass security measures;
- Not present results from these calculators as engineered or certified output.

All content on the site — text, calculators, code, logo, graphics — is © Gulf Calibration & Safety Services unless otherwise indicated. The GCS logo and "Gulf Calibration & Safety Services" name are trademarks of GCS Oman.
You may:
- View and use the calculators in your browser;
- Print or download reports for your own training records;
- Link to any page on this site without prior approval (clean link, no framing).
You may not, without prior written consent: copy our HTML/CSS/JS to a competing site, sell access to these calculators, remove the “For training only” disclaimer, or modify and redistribute the source.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCS Oman disclaims:
- All warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Any warranty that calculations are accurate, complete or current;
- Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, GCS Oman, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service. The aggregate liability of GCS Oman for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed OMR 50.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GCS Oman against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any decision you take based on the calculators’ output without independent verification by a competent person.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (Udemy, Instagram, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for those sites; visiting them is at your own risk.
9. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Suspension & termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice. We may also restrict your access if you breach these Terms.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
